Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with LMS content creation or administration.

Responsibilities

• Standardize online training delivery methods and materials across teams.
• Create online courses and eLearning objects and perform final adjustments before going live.
• Administrate and enroll learners in the LMS.
• Liaise with clients to troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues.
• Generate LMS learner progression reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain logical, user-friendly structure within content management systems.
• Assist in documentation such as departmental policies and procedures.
