Job summary

Group-IB is seeking an Education Operations Associate to support content production and LMS administration across our learning initiatives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage SCORM-based content, organize visuals with AI tools, publish materials, configure user permissions, and report on learner activity.

This role blends instructional design with system administration, requiring strong project management, clear communication, and hands-on LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Program Coordinator or LMS Administrator.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with video conferencing, video editing, generative AI, and file management tools.
• Hands-on LMS administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to organize content and develop accompanying materials.
• Support content production including visuals, SCORM development and using AI-tools for content production.
• Actively manage the content lifecycle; coordinate with developers to track and push for timely content updates.
• Serve as the administrator for the LMS, managing user permissions, course structures, learner enrollment, live-sessions organization and reporting.
