• At least 2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide for consistent displays and signing.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee recovery to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes with relevant teams.
• Manage playbook feature implementations and planogram sets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Process front-end transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate basic office equipment and handheld devices.
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing training initiatives.
• Support colleagues with inquiries and issues promptly.
