Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough responses.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues quickly.
• Ability to stay composed during high-pressure situations.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and replenish from stockroom/top stock.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep department neat and appealing.
• Coordinate price changes and update pricing labels and signage.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Support at the front end with transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate retail equipment and use handheld devices as required.
• Participate in cross-training and training initiatives to stay current.
