Job summary

Fluence Energy, a global leader in intelligent energy storage, seeks a Training & Development Manager to design onboarding and continuous learning programs. You will manage the LMS, create SOPs, and produce training videos to support scalable learning across the organization.

Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in the office, collaborating with Sales Training & Development, marketing, and SMEs to ensure current, engaging content and reliable LMS operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design & content development experience.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience for interactive course content.
• LMS administration experience with reports and users management.
• Facilitation of live or virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation using Scribe.
• Video production and editing using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere.
• Content management on SharePoint or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modularize onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Modularize new training content for LMS roles and modules.
• Manage and report on LMS usage, completion, and compliance.
• Facilitate live/virtual onboarding sessions across departments.
• Create and maintain SOPs integrated into training materials.
• Produce and edit training videos to support scalable content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with programs.
