Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager, Sphere Live to support the Booking department and SVP with on-sale calendars, serving as the primary ticketing contact and leading show-builds for all events.

You will manage artist/promoter and venue holds, coordinate with Ticketmaster, and assist in department reporting, data analysis and special projects. This is an onsite role requiring strong ticketing experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in event ticketing (5 years + preferred).
• Proficient in Ticketmaster, TM1, Host and Archtics.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Flexibility – ability to multitask and interact with diverse entities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary ticketing contact for all events.
• Create and manage scaling and all show builds for all events.
• Create and distribute event confirmation memos.
• Manage third party distribution partners.
• Weekly event audits, ticket sales, inventory and signup reports.
• Manage all tickets for artist/promoter and venue holds.
• Act as primary contact for Ticketmaster for ticketing issues.
• Oversee and execute all event ticketing needs for client satisfaction and retention.
• On-site management at venue day of event, as needed.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners and team members.
