Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to coordinate complex live events from planning through load-out, working with venue staff and clients.

You will supervise unions, manage budgets, produce AutoCAD seating drawings, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This onsite role requires flexibility, travel to other locations, and strong leadership to guide teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years live event production management experience.
• Experience supervising union and non-union crews.
• Knowledge of I.A.T.S.E union regulations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event planning from advancement to load-in and load-out.
• Prepare and manage budgets with updates throughout the event cycle.
• Create AutoCAD seating maps for on-sales and permits.
• Coordinate with vendors, Guest Services, and third-party crews.
• Direct lighting and technical cues during rehearsals and performances.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes and work rules.
