Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in Business Operations and related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve cross-functional workflows across Venue Operations.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and recurring processes.
• Leverage data to identify guest experience improvements and lead enhancements.
• Support Food, Beverage, and Merchandise operations with process documentation and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with Venue Operations to document issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for real-time operational health and performance.
