The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Ticketing Manager to lead the setup and launch of ticketed events, pricing, and configurations across all channels. You’ll work with promoters, touring productions, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure accurate configurations and optimal revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years in ticketing operations, preferably in performing arts.
• Three or more years with ticketing software platforms.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting ticketing software issues.
• Strong attention to detail when working with pricing, inventory, and event configurations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and launch of ticketed events, pricing structures, and configurations for sale across channels.
• Coordinate ticketing setup with promoters, tours, and internal departments to meet operational requirements.
• Own day-to-day ticketing integrations and connected services supporting sales and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve ticketing configurations, system functionality, and workflows.
• Provide ticket sales and inventory reports for promoters and touring productions.
• Partner with Marketing to enhance online purchasing and onsales across digital channels.
• Maintain accurate data and perform other duties as assigned.
