Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator. The role involves managing real-time security events, performing alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct live interactions with monitored sites in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 8pm–4:30am with 8–10 hour options. Competitive starting pay of $22.00/hour, plus shift differentials, and benefits beginning Day 1. On-site position in St. Louis, MO with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing potential security vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place outgoing calls to verify alarm validity.
• Provide critical life safety support and dispatch to emergency personnel as needed.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
