Job summary

Interface Systems is hiring for a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO. You will manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and coordinate live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites from an advanced operations center.

The role involves handling critical incidents, de-escalation, and swift decision-making. Day-1 benefits, shift differentials, and performance bonuses are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, handling interactions professionally.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system and document interactions.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals, verify alarm validity with calls.
• Verify alarms via video and notify individuals per instructions.
• Provide life safety support and coordinate dispatch to emergency responders.
• Provide basic alarm support including arming/disarming and resets.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with monitored sites.
• Intervene using two-way audio during real-time incidents with authority.
• Handle loitering, trespassing, or other violations with de-escalation.
• Generate detailed incident reports and follow-up actions.
