Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for its St. Louis area security operations center. The role focuses on real-time incident handling, live audio communication with monitored sites, alarm verification, and rapid decision-making to prevent breaches.

Starting pay is $22 per hour, with a 24/7 schedule requiring weekend/holiday work. Benefits begin day one; training is provided and several bonuses are offered for attendance, performance, and a new-hire incentive of $500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take action to resolve incidents and contact emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and log interactions.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and verify via calls.
• Provide clear dispatch and alarm communication to emergency personnel.
• Assist with arming/disarming and basic alarm troubleshooting.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when possible.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Generate detailed post-incident reports.
