Job summary

Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) seeks a mission-driven Program Manager, Live Programs to own end-to-end delivery of complex partner engagements remotely. You will lead multi-session, multi-stakeholder engagements and serve as the partner-facing lead for these programs.

You will drive continuous improvement of delivery systems, collaborate with Research on evaluation, and turn program data into insights to inform curriculum design and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management within learning/education.
• Ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently.
• Comfortable leading partner-facing meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Live Programs engagements with multi-session, multi-stakeholder scope.
• Lead partner-facing meetings and coordinate Educator scheduling and alignment.
• Improve delivery and evaluation systems across tools like Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful program delivery and impact.
