Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking a Program Manager, Live Programs to own delivery of our most complex partner engagements as we scale our training and education programs. This fully remote role focuses on end-to-end delivery, multi-stakeholder coordination, and program evaluation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of program management in education or learning and development, strong partner-facing experience, and a passion for dialogue and civic culture-building.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in learning and development or education.
• Experience owning complex/multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong partner-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with data/evaluation and turning program data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of Live Programs engagements, including multi-session, multi-stakeholder work.
• Lead partner-facing meetings from kickoff to debrief, building trust with MPOCs.
• Coordinate Educator scheduling and ensure alignment with partner needs and CDI standards.
• Drive improvements to delivery systems and evaluation processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
