Job summary
The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Live Programs, to own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-session engagements and serve as the partner-facing lead.
This full-time, remote role focuses on delivery, evaluation alignment with the theory of change, and cross-functional collaboration within CDI, reporting to the Director of Live Programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience in education or learning and development.
- Independent ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with clear, consistent stakeholder communication.
- Experience with evaluation design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Live Programs engagements, focusing on complex, multi-session, multi-stakeholder work.
- Lead partner-facing meetings from kickoff to debrief, building trust with partner points of contact.
- Serve as primary liaison between CDI Educators and partners for engagements.
- Coordinate participant communications across the engagement lifecycle.
- Lead delivery-system improvements and analytics to align with CDI's theory of change.
