Job summary

Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking a Program Manager, Live Programs, to own end-to-end delivery of our complex partner engagements as we scale our training and education programs. This is a fully remote, full-time role based in the United States, reporting to the Director of Live Programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management in education or learning development.
• Experience owning complex or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Bonus: measurement/evaluation or theory of change.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Live Programs engagements, including multi-session work.
• Lead partner-facing meetings and build trust with partner contacts.
• Coordinate Educators and align with partner needs and CDI standards.
• Lead analytics and evaluation for program impact.
