Job summary

JBS USA is launching a 12-month Live Operations Management Trainee program designed to cultivate future leaders across all production sectors. Trainees will rotate through Hatchery, Broiler, Breeder and Feed Mill operations, receiving hands-on experience and mentorship. Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month rotational program across all production sectors.
• Support live operations team and shadow Hatchery operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in broiler, breeder, feed mill and live haul processes.
• Complete a capstone project linked to KPI improvements and company goals.
• Attend Leadership Development Training sessions at the company HQ in Colorado.
