Job summary

Perdue Foods is launching a 24-month Live Management Trainee (Pathways) Program in North Carolina, designed to develop future Live Operations leaders. Participants rotate through hatchery, feed mill, veterinary services, processing, and other areas, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development while building producer relationships and understanding flock production cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment and travel within production area.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across Live Operations functions to understand end-to-end live production and impacts on flock performance.
• Build producer relationships, communicate expectations, and document observations.
• Assist in monitoring flock data, route activities, and production programs to support operational excellence.
