Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Part Time NSR Suites associate to respond to on-call overnight needs when the lobby is closed, ensuring courteous, high-quality service to guests. A hotel room is provided for lodging and you will join an overnight on-call schedule.

You will handle guest key issues, emergencies, check-ins, and guest inquiries while maintaining brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as a GSR to set up and maintain breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on notification from outside service agent for check-ins, emergencies, or noise complaints.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and logging keys in/out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments when necessary.
• Stay current with hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events, passing payments to folios, and posting payments.
• Maintain proficiency in all location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate with first responders as needed, address key activation issues, and respond to noise complaints.
• May cover another hotel in the area during staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
