Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead prep and production for designated day parts at our rustic summer camps. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, allergen safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You will supervise staff, ensure menu specs and scratch cooking, manage inventory and daily reporting, and live on-site for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week with room and board provided during the contract (May–Sept).

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification before start date.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee prep, production, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen protocols and health-safety standards.
• Handle inventory and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
