Apple Management Inc is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to join our Riverside, CA community. This hands-on role serves as the face of the property, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming place to live.

You will oversee daily operations, manage tenant relations, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and enforce policies. This position requires living on-site and being available for after-hours emergencies, with a valid California driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or related real estate field.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Willing to live on-site and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing concerns promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately
• Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings
