The position offers live‑on‑site housing, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, and growth opportunities within residential property management. You will conduct tours, process applications, collect rent, inspect units, and ensure community standards

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in property management, apartment leasing, housing, or related administrative roles.
• Must be able to live on-site as a condition of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents and prospective tenants, responding professionally to questions and service requests.
• Conduct property tours, process rental applications, assist with screening, and prepare lease, renewal, move-in and move-out docs.
• Support occupancy and resident retention goals through service, local marketing, and engagement.
• Inspect the property regularly and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Collect rent, maintain tenant records, track work orders, and prepare occupancy/operations reports.
• Enforce lease terms and community policies consistently and professionally.
