Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to live on-site and handle after-hours emergencies.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community.
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings and renewals.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services.
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments.
• Enforce rules and lease policies in compliance with housing laws.
• Market vacancies and screen showings and applicant screenings.
