Quality Management Group Inc. is seeking an On-site Community Manager in Pomona, CA. The role requires supervising a small team, maintaining occupancy, and living on-site as a condition of employment. Strong knowledge of Yardi and housing compliance is essential.

You will manage property operations, financial tasks, and resident relations, coordinating with regional leadership and local agencies to ensure a safe, compliant community. This position is full-time and onsite in Pomona.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in Tax Credit
• Minimum 2 years or more in a supervisory role overseeing other employees
• Minimum 2-5 years working in a position with comparable responsibilities
• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
• YARDI property management accounting software expertise
• Formal instruction/designations such as a Certified Occupancy Specialist
• Proficient in English language in verbal and written communications and in writing reports
• Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, and the Internet

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance, occupancy, and property administration to maintain 100% occupancy
• Supervise 2–3 staff and oversee daily on-site operations
• Live on-site as a condition of employment
• Market vacancies and manage resident communications
• Process accounts and budgeting activities
• Coordinate with city staff and service providers
• Attend company events as required
• Ensure adherence to housing policies and HUD-related guidance
