Apple Management Inc is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a Riverside, CA community. You will be the face of the property, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming home for residents while managing lease processes and enforcing community rules.

Ideal candidates have property management experience, strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related real estate field.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to live on-site as required by the position and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing resident concerns promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal are upheld
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately
• Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings
