Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the United States. This on-site, live-in position requires overseeing all prep and production for designated day parts, staff management, and strict allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role offers competitive seasonal pay plus a performance bonus and full room and board for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial kitchen leadership with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, cooking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilités
