Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a live-in, on-site seasonal contract (May–Sept) with opportunities for a performance bonus and travel allowances. You must be able to live on-site and work a minimum 6-day/70-hour week.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part, staff management, and allergen safety.
• Allergen and safety compliance with strict sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
