Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rustic on-site summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards for a high-volume camp kitchen.

This seasonal, exempt position requires living on-site, a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, and the ability to lead a fast-paced kitchen in a camp environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, i-Pad navigation, ingredient versatility and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep, production, and portion control for designated day parts.
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and top sanitation standards as per Health Department guidelines.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
