Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

This is a live-in, on-site position with a demanding schedule, offering room and board for the contract duration and opportunities to lead a dynamic camp kitchen team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, cooking skills, and tech-friendly (I-Pad).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff for all meal periods.
• Ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and campers.
