Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a live-in role at rural summer camp facilities across the US.

You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety. This on-site, seasonal contract (May–Sept) requires leadership under pressure in a fast-paced high-volume setting, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive room and board package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• Scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens expertise.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and FOH/kitchen staff.
• Lead scheduling, training, and staff development.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and budgets.
• Ensure allergen safety and health department standards.
• Liaise between campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods.
