Job summary

Extended Stay America’s NSR Suites is seeking a Part Time overnight on-call team member in Centennial, CO. Responsibilities include responding to guest needs during overnight hours, assisting with check-ins, maintaining lobby services, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The position offers on-site lodging in a hotel room and requires prompt response within about 30 minutes. Flexible weekend and holiday availability preferred; great opportunity to live and work on property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.

Responsibilities

• Work in a GSR capacity and assist with breakfast setup 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on check-ins, emergencies, and security issues.
• Maintain control and logging of hotel keys.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs and payments when needed.
• Stay informed on hotel policies, safety procedures and local information.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and post payments to folios as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• Cover nearby hotels during staffing needs when required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
