Southwest Equity Partners, Inc. seeks an on-site manager for a multi-family property in North Park, San Diego.

You will oversee daily operations, leasing activities, and resident services, aiming to meet budgeted financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities include processing applications, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property management experience; multi-unit experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AppFolio or other property management software.
• Strong project management and ability to work under time constraints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead leasing duties: tours, inquiries, rent collection and reporting.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue targets per property plan.
• Resolve resident issues and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Oversee budgeting and review financial reports with the Director.
