Job summary

The On-site Manager at Southwest Equity Partners oversees daily property operations for the assigned site, including leasing, resident support, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, handling rent collection, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

The role emphasizes fostering resident satisfaction, coordinating communications, and supervising staff to meet financial and operational goals at the property.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in supervisory role and managing staff.
• Proficient in Appfolio property management software or other similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the point-of-contact for all potential, new and current residents for site visits, leasing duties and rent processing.
• Maintain high occupancy and rent levels in accordance with the property plan.
• Resolve resident complaints and questions about rent and fees.
• Schedule and coordinate resident communications and events.
• Oversee leasing processes and ensure timely rent collection and reporting.
• Develop marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise maintenance coordination and ensure timely service requests.
