Job summary

F&F Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Resident Manager to maintain the appearance, safety, and communication at our San Diego County communities. This live-on-site, part-time role requires prior onsite management experience and strong customer service abilities.

The position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week with a 1/3 off market rent discount on select units. Candidates should be capable of independent work, professional communication, and reliable reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience as onsite manager or similar property management role preferred.
• AppFolio experience preferred; other property management software considered.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property walks and report maintenance concerns, property damage, bulk items, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Inspect common areas, laundry facilities, walkways, stairwells, parking areas, and amenity spaces for cleanliness and condition.
• Monitor parking areas and report unauthorized or abandoned vehicles and safety concerns.
• Observe and report vandalism, lighting outages, trip hazards, security concerns, and suspicious activity.
• Communicate resident concerns, lease violations, maintenance issues, and property observations to management.
• Document concerns through photographs and written reports when requested.
• Submit maintenance requests and assist with follow-up as directed.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, vendors, and visitors.
• Assist with community communication and resident relations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
