Southwest Equity Partners is seeking an On-site Manager in Carlsbad, CA. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and compliance with housing regulations while coordinating with Resident Services leadership.

The role requires living on-site, managing budgets, achieving occupancy targets, and ensuring maintenance responsiveness. A strong background in property management and customer service is essential.

• 2+ years of property management experience; multi-unit experience a plus.
