• Detail oriented with ability to handle interruptions.

Aufgaben

• Leasing: be the point-of-contact for residents, show properties, process applications, and maintain high occupancy.
• Develop communications: newsletters, surveys, lease letters, and other notices to residents.
• Organize resident events and functions.
• Evaluate property appearance, curb appeal, and readiness of leasing office and model units.
• Assist in client/owner relations and provide property performance updates.
• Develop new programs to enhance resident experience during lease terms.
• Respond to resident inquiries and ensure timely service issue resolution.
