Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a leadership role at a rural summer camp dining program. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position runs May through September, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and competitive pay plus a performance bonus. Full room and board are provided for the contract duration.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• Scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen staff and foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep, production, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergen protocols and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
