Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp locations across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for a daypart, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety and high sanitation standards.

This on-site, live-in position runs May through Sept, requiring a demanding minimum of 6 days and about 70 hours per week, with competitive pay, a performance bonus, plus full room and board and travel allowance.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, cooking, and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, and lift up to 50 lbs.
