Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a seasonal, on-site role at rural summer camps nationwide. You will lead daily culinary operations, supervise staff, manage budgeting, and ensure allergen safety across all service lines.

The position requires a demanding 6-day/70-hour work week with live-in accommodations. Compensation includes competitive pay, a performance bonus, free room & board, and travel allowance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff for a seasonal program.

• Maintain allergen safety protocols and Health Department standards.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and daily reporting on budgets.
• Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership, Wolfoods corporate office.
