Job summary

Wolfoods seeks a Kitchen Manager for on-site, seasonal operations at rural summer camps across the US. This hands-on leadership role runs May through September, with live-in accommodations and a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure allergen safety, and uphold top sanitation standards while delivering scratch-cooked meals to campers and staff. Compensation includes competitive pay, a bonus structure, free room & board, and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; ServSafe Allergens required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff for high-volume camp operations.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan).
• Maintain sanitation per Health Department standards.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
