Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples. The role involves living in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating routines, and leading devotions. The position transitions to a placed houseparent for continued family-like support.

Two spouses, at least 27 years old, are required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, legally married ≥ 2 years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol not allowed on duty.
• Pet limits: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.
