Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this two-person role, you’ll live in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for 8-13 students.

Both spouses must be married for at least two years, be aged 27+, and commit to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. The position includes housing, meals on duty, benefits, and paid training.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff as role models.

Responsabilidades

• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
