Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, living in student homes and guiding a group of 8–13 youth.

This is a two-person role for couples married at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Housing and meals are provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
