Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks a dedicated two-person couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will supervise 8-13 students, maintain routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

The role begins with nine days on duty, followed by three off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications and meet age and marriage criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth-serving roles.
• Two-person couple role; must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive and accompany students to activities and chapel.
• Lead devotions and oversee daily youth activities.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
