Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents as a two-person married couple. The role involves living in on-campus student homes, supervising 8-13 students, and fostering a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pets allowed: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
