Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and uphold allergen safety at a major summer camp. This on-site, live-in role requires dedication to high-volume operations and strict safety standards.

The position is seasonal (May–Sept) with full-time hours, competitive pay, a bonus structure, and full room & board. Travel allowances are also provided to support camp operations.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, scratch baking, able to navigate iPad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain high health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
