Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at our summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a live-in, seasonal contract role with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and opportunities to lead a dynamic team across rustic camp settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (Allergens required before start; company-sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergy protocols and top Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate.
