Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, manage staff, budgets, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This seasonal, live-in position requires 6-day weeks, a strong background in scratch cooking, ServSafe Manager certification, and willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens trained before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary and service operations.
• Lead FOH and kitchen staff scheduling and training.
• Manage inventory, orders, and budgets.
• Ensure allergen safety and Health Department standards.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate.
