Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director to oversee daily culinary and service operations at our rustic on-site summer camp facilities across the US. This hands-on leadership role includes staff management, budgeting, allergen safety, and ensuring top-quality, scratch-cooked meals in a fast-paced environment; join a dynamic team delivering vibrant camp dining all season.

You will lead FOH and kitchen teams, control inventory and budgets, and uphold strict allergen

Qualifications

4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required before start date.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting for a 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

Lead FOH and kitchen staff, train teams, and maintain a high-energy environment.
Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
Manage allergen protocols and health department sanitation standards.
Control inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and daily reporting.
Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
