Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site rural summer camps. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This seasonal, full-time role requires living on-site, a 6-day work week (70 hours), and a commitment to scratch-cooked meals and strict safety standards for campers with diverse dietary needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH and kitchen staff scheduling and training.
• Oversee menu specs, scratch cooking and portion control.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and budgets.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods office.
